Arsenal have reportedly informed Juventus to pay £18m if they wish to sign Aaron Ramsey six months early. The Wales international is due to join the Serie A giants at the end of the campaign when his Emirates Stadium contract expires. Juve are expected to make a formal announcement about the free signing in the coming days, but the Italian club are believed to have been offered the chance to fast track the deal.
