Sam Allardyce opens up on his England squad choice: It was a hard decision

GETTY THE BOSS: Big Sam has named his first England squad Leicester midfielder Danny Drinkwater is in after just missing out in the summer while veteran defender Phil Jagielka, 34, and fit-again Manchester United left-back Luke Shaw return in defence. Theo Walcott is also selected after getting the nod over Arsenal team-mate Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. Liverpool’s James Milner is out after retiring from international football, Ryan Bertand is sidelined through injury at Southampton while rookie Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford is demoted to the Under-21 squad.
