Arsenal Icon Keown Admits Vieira Destined To Become Top Manager

It has been reported that Martin Keown knew all along that Patrick Vieira would make a brilliant manager. The 38-year old Frenchman, who played alongside Keown for eight years at Arsenal, is being tipped to replace Manuel Pellegrini at Manchester City. Vieira is the boss of City’s Elite Development Squad but is destined for a successful career as a first-team manager according to his old Gunners teammate. Keown wrote in the Daily Mail: ‘There were a lot of potential managers in the Arsenal team that Patrick Vieira captained but he, more than anybody, looked destined to be a top boss.
