Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham target Adrien Rabiot is yet to open talks regarding a new Paris Saint-Germain contract, according to reports in France. The Ligue 1 giants are desperate to tie the influential central midfielder down to a longer deal with his current contract expiring in 2019.
