Arsene Wenger: 'Olivier Giroud injury does not look very good'

Arsene Wenger has claimed that Olivier Giroud's suspected hamstring injury "doesn't look very good" and suggested that the striker may face a spell on the sidelines. The French striker limped off the Emirates Stadium pitch after pulling up with just 13 minutes remaining in Tuesday night's EFL Cup quarter-final meeting with West Ham United. Giroud, who has struggled for game time this season, appeared visibly upset and had to be replaced by Reiss Nelson as the Gunners ran out 1-0 winners over the Hammers.
