Arsenal forward Danny Welbeck: 'I embrace competition'

Forward Danny Welbeck has suggested that he has no issues with continuing to fight for a place in the Arsenal starting lineup. During the current campaign, Welbeck has either found himself behind Alexandre Lacazette or Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, with just eight starts being made in the Premier League. Welbeck has also been criticised by Arsenal supporters, but the England international has said that he is "motivated" to prove himself to manager Arsene Wenger.
