Alan Smith: 'Arsenal could sell Alex Lacazette'

Former Arsenal forward Alan Smith has claimed that the Gunners could sell Alexandre Lacazette at the end of the season. Arsenal broke their transfer record to bring the Frenchman to the London Stadium from Lyon last summer. Lacazette arrived in England off the back of scoring 129 times for Lyon, but the centre-forward has struggled to make his mark with the Gunners - managing just nine goals in 29 appearances. The 26-year-old is currently on the sidelines with a knee problem, and Smith has suggested that the misfiring striker could be sold by Arsenal this summer "if he doesn't come good".
