Manchester City are open to selling defender John Stones, who is being monitored by both Liverpool and Arsenal, according to The Sun. What's the story? Stones made a huge step up when he left Everton to join City for a whopping £50m in the summer of 2016. Over the last two seasons, the England international has shown inconsistencies as part of Pep Guardiola’s system.
