Nwankwo Kanu joined Arsenal from Inter Milan in the summer of 1999, and went on to make 119 Premier League appearances for the Gunners. Widely regarded as one of the best players in the history of African football, Kanu also represented Ajax, West Bromwich Albion and Portsmouth during a successful career.
