'It was perfect... the boss deserved it'

Alexandre Lacazette hailed the “perfect” send-off for Arsene Wenger as the boss waved goodbye to the fans in his final home match following 22 remarkable years at the helm. A Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang brace, together with Lacazette, Alex Iwobi and Sead Kolasinac strikes, fired us to a memorable 5-0 triumph against Burnley at a sun-kissed Emirates Stadium on Sunday.
“It was perfect for him and he deserved it for all the years he has given to the club,” Lacazette told Arsenal.com. “It was a good win today, we played so well and deserved such a big victory.”
