Report: Arsenal receive boost in bid to bring exciting Liverpool FC starlet to the Emirates

According to reports in The Sun, Arsenal are tracking Liverpool FC defender Sebastian Caceres and the Uruguayan teenager is said to be flattered by the interest from the north London outfit, whose move for a £10.8m-rated defender would surely seal Hector Bellerin's exit. What's the word, then?
