World Cup: Welbeck, Ospina, Xhaka

We had two players in action in Tuesday’s World Cup last-16 fixtures. Scroll down to find out how they got on:   David Ospina saved in the shoot-out but was unable to prevent Colombia losing to Danny Welbeck’s England on penalties in the last-16. After a goalless first half, Harry Kane sent Ospina the wrong way from the spot to give the Three Lions the lead on the hour mark, but Yerry Mina powered home Juan Cuadrado’s corner in third minute of stoppage time to take the game to extra-time.   With neither side able to find the net after an additional half-hour, the game went to a penalty shoot-out.
