Arsenal transfer news: Lucas Torreira deal next week, last major signing - David Ornstein ARSENAL expect to complete a deal for Sampdoria and Uruguay midfielder Lucas Torreira next week. By Luke Gardener / Published 6th July 2018 That’s according to Gunners transfer expert David Ornstein who has given an update on the situation. Torreira played for Uruguay this afternoon as they exited the World Cup following a 2-0 defeat to France.
