Wolves star unexpectedly beats Chelsea's Eden Hazard & Man City duo to coveted PFA award
Wolves defender Matt Doherty has been voted the Premier League’s PFA Bristol Street Motors Fans’ Player of the Month for September by football fans across the country. In a vote run by fan engagement experts Snack Media, the Irish wing-back won with an impressive 39% of the vote, leaving the likes of Chelsea talisman Eden Hazard and Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero trailing in his path.
