Revealed: Arsenal's Measly Transfer Budget For Next Summer
The Arsenal Supporters' Trust has calculated what it expects to be Arsenal's transfer budget for next season (via The Telegraph). It may not seem like but Arsenal have spent a fair amount of money in the last couple of seasons. The Gunners spent around £65 million over the summer, broke even the season before and shelled around £85 in the season before that. This is all against the backdrop of a loss of Champions League which comes at an estimated cost of £30 million. The Gunners are again out of Europe's premier club competition this season but may well reach it next year.
