We have the opportunity to finish top of Group D on Wednesday night when we face Millwall Lionesses in the Continental Tyres Cup.  THE STORY SO FAR  We’re currently top of the table on nine points having won each of our opening three fixtures. We kicked off our campaign with a 3-1 win over West Ham with goals from Katie McCabe and Beth Mead, before beating Lewes 9-0 and Charlton 5-0. Miedema scored a hat-trick against Lewes and a brace against Charlton, meaning she’s currently our top goalscorer in the competition.
