Juventus have reportedly not sealed the signing of Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey, who is able to pen a pre-contract agreement with a foreign club. Ramsey revealed during the closing months of 2018 that he would be leaving the Emirates Stadium after the Gunners opted not to renew the playmaker's deal. Juventus quickly emerged as contenders for the Welshman's signature, and it has been reported that the Italian champions have offered the 27-year-old a salary of £5m per year.
