Arsenal Target Cech Will Not Leave Chelsea Without Abramovich Approval
It has been reported that Petr Cech will not be given permission to leave Chelsea by anyone but owner Roman Abramovich. According to reports from The Telegraph, the Russian billionaire will have the final say on the future of the 32-year old goalkeeper who is being heavily linked with a summer exit at Stamford Bridge. Despite winning the Premier League title this season, Cech is not keen to remain as second-choice behind Thibaut Courtois and could be on the move across London to Arsenal.
