Arsenal 3-0 Yeovil Town: How it happened

WHAT HAPPENED  A player-of-the-match performance from Kim Little proved to be the difference as we beat Yeovil Town in the Women’s Super League. On the face of things, this looks to be a routine win for Joe Montemurro’s side - but up until the hour-mark it was anything but. Despite dominating possession during the opening exchanges, we failed to create any clear-cut chances. Beth Mead, Vivianne Miedema and Katrine Veje continued to take up dangerous positions on the edge of the Yeovil area, but they were unable to unlock the two defensive lines. It wasn’t until the half-hour mark when Kim Little created our first golden opportunity, forcing Megan Walsh into a save from close range....
