Arsenal ain’t big enough for the both of them….
Morning all. I read an article in the Guardian by Amy Lawrence. Good too I thought as she compares the Ian Wright and Bruce Rioch situation back in 1996 with now ongoing feud between Mesut Ozil and Unai Emery. One can hardly disagree with idea that something is clearly wrong between the two. But in my opinion, the comparison made between 1996 and now couldn’t be further away from being similar, if that makes sense. Ian Wright was a great player, a goal scorer, a fighter, an Arsenal man. Wrighty was a footballer who wasn’t born with a silver spoon in his mouth. He got to where he was the hard way having come so close to giving up on his ambition all together. To lose him back...
