Arsenal Opinion – Should the Gunners sell Mohamed Elneny? According to the Sun, Arsenal midfielder Mohamed Elneny is set to leave the club and join French side Bordeaux in a cut-price transfer that will force the Egyptian to take a wage cut. Elneny struggled for regular game time last season under Unai Emery and only managed five Premier League starts. He was put on sale earlier this year and now has been approached by Bordeaux for a possible move (h/t Sun). The 26-year-old, who arrived at the Emirates stadium from Basel for a fee of around £5m in 2016 (h/t BBC), has failed to impress in England so far.
