Careful what you wish for: Arsenal seek major change despite positive transfer window - opinion

Arsenal are amongst a number of clubs who are ready to scrap the early end of the Premier League transfer window, according to The Sun. What's the story? The Premier League took the decision to end the transfer window before the start of the season in 2017, with the summer of 2018 being the first to see the effects of the change. Whilst this has forced English clubs to have their houses in order before the beginning of the campaign, it has given an advantage to the rest of the sides in Europe.
