Arsenal To Open Contract Talks With Theo Walcott
It has been revealed that Theo Walcott will hold talks with Arsenal regarding a potential new contract next week. According to the Daily Mirror, the 26-year old forward is set to speak in-depth with the club regarding their plans for him in the future. Walcott is under contract for a further 12 months but wants to be assured of regular game time before committing to an extension. It is believed that Walcott’s preference is to remain at the Emirates Stadium but he is eager to know whether or not Arsene Wenger sees him as an integral part of the squad for next season and beyond.
