Torreira facing up to 10 weeks out with ankle fracture

Arsenal midfielder Lucas Torreira will miss most of the rest of the season after fracturing his ankle. The Uruguay international was injured in the 2-0 FA Cup win at Portsmouth last Monday and left the stadium on crutches, wearing a protective boot. Scans have confirmed he has sustained a fracture that will take between eight and 10 weeks to heal, meaning he could sit out the remainder of the Gunners' Premier League and FA Cup campaigns.
