Marcel Sabitzer scored twice as RB Leipzig booked their spot in the quarter-finals of the Champions League with a 3-0 win over Tottenham Hotspur on Tuesday. A Timo Werner penalty at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium last month had already handed the German side an advantage, and they finished the job in front of their own supporters to advance courtesy of a 4-0 aggregate score. Sabitzer scored twice in the first 21 minutes on the night, meaning that the 25-year-old has now registered 15 goals in all competitions at club level this season.
