Happy Mothering Sunday to all the mums out there, many of whom are self isolating, or at least should be. Mine is and whilst it was tempting to FaceTime her this morning, I resisted as I’m not sure she’d have been thrilled to see my face pop up on her screen. At 86 years old, a fright like that could cause all sorts of problems. I can’t believe there are pubs and cafes ignoring the directive which came from the PM on Friday night. The owners are selfish by staying open, they are putting lives at risk including their own and they are prioritising money over health.
