Tuesday. So, the Premier League clubs had their meeting yesterday, and while there are some talking points, it's hard to know if any progress has been made. Yesterday, a government document earmarked June 1st as a potential date for the recommencement of sporting events. As part of a wider plan, one key point talks about this date, saying: June 1st: Permitting cultural and sporting events to take place behind closed doors for broadcast, while avoiding the risk of large-scale social contact. There appears to be a date targetted for the return of the Premier League, which is June 13th.
