Arsenal step up move for World Cup-winning defender
Arsenal have approached Schalke to discuss a summer move for star defender Benedikt Howedes, according to reports from Kicker. The Gunners enjoyed a successful end of the 2014/15 campaign, retaining their FA Cup title and mounting a late charge to challenge Chelsea for the Premier League crown.
