Arsenal and Man United target allowed to leave Premier League champions

The Daily Telegraph are reporting that Premier League champions Chelsea have conceded that long-serving goalkeeper Petr Cech has every right to remain in England and move to a top-flight rival should he decide to leave the London club. The 33-year-old veteran lost his place as the Blues' No.1 to Thibaut Courtois last season and has made no secret of his desire to be playing regular first-team football. Chelsea are grateful of the way Cech has conducted himself since joining the club in 2004 and the player enjoys an excellent relationship with club owner Roman Abramovich.
