Lack of quality striking options hurting the Gunners?

Since signing from Man Utd last summer for £16 million, Danny Welbeck has found it hard to adjust to life at Arsenal. Playing in his preferred centre forward position for the majority of the season, the 24-year-old has only managed four goals in 17 Premier League appearances. Overall he has seven in 21 which isn't the kind of return Arsenal are looking for if they are to challenge for trophies. When you look at Arsenal’s challengers in the Premier League, they all have world-class strikers which is something Arsenal are certainly lacking.
