Shkodran Mustafi set for new Arsenal contract?

Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has acknowledged that he wants Shkodran Mustafi to remain at the Emirates Stadium. While Mustafi found himself out of favour during the first half of the campaign, the Germany international has emerged as a key player since Arteta's appointment in December. With the 28-year-old having just 12 months left on his contract, Arteta has suggested that he has asked the club's board to agree fresh terms with the player.
