Eight forgotten Premier League players on loan about to return to their clubs

The summer is a time of renewal for Premier League teams and their fans. New signings arrive, players move on, and supporters are optimistic that the coming season will be better than the one before. In the background, though, are those players returning from loan spells, usually youngsters still waiting to take their place in the first-team or seniors who are not part of the manager’s plans. Often, those players are quietly moved on permanently or loaned out again, but this year some of them might be asked to step up and play for their parent clubs again.
