Arsenal to sack chief scout who could have played key role in Thomas Partey transfer

Arsenal announced they would be making 55 members of their staff redundant on Wednesday afternoon following a 30-day consultation period, and chief scout Francis Cagiago is set to be one of those to be dismissed, it's been claimed.
