New Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang contract finally expected ‘within couple of days’
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang could sign a new contract at Arsenal before the team play Fulham in the Premier League ’s opener on Saturday afternoon. The Gunners have been desperate to keep hold of the Gabon international, who has sneered the final year of his current deal at the club. The 31-year-old would be able to leave the Emirates on a free transfer next summer if fresh terms are not agreed. Rumours about what Aubameyang will decide to do have been rife all summer, but it is now being reported that a new three-year deal is close to being agreed.
