Mikel Arteta has told Arsenal fans that the full extent of David Luiz's injury will be known within 48 hours. The Brazilian was hauled off five minutes into the second half against Leicester and replaced by Shkodran Mustafi. The problem appeared to be a muscle injury, which could prove pivotal at such an important stage of the season.
