What Salah and Elneny's second Covid-19 positives mean for Liverpool and Arsenal

Egypt duo Mohamed Salah and Mohamed Elneny have tested positive for Covid-19 for a second time - coming as a major blow to Liverpool and Arsenal. Salah has been self-isolating since first testing positive for the virus last Friday, meaning he missed both of Egypt’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Togo over the past five days. Elneny was involved in the first outing on Saturday, but after returning his own positive test on Monday the Arsenal midfielder has been isolating in the Egyptian capital of Cairo ever since.
