Tottenham star Eric Dier has a very high opinion of Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta despite his recent struggles. The Spaniard quickly made his mark when returning to the Emirates to replace Unai Emery last season, guiding his former side to FA Cup glory with a win over Chelsea at Wembley.
