Mikel Arteta knows we don't have time to dwell on our Carabao Cup quarter-final exit. A run of three Premier League games in seven days awaits, starting with Chelsea at home on Boxing Day - and our is hopeful the festive period will bring a change in our fortunes.   "Things have to turn around," he told Arsenal Media.
