Robert Pires has urged Mikel Arteta to bring Aaron Ramsey back to Arsenal, stating he would be “perfect” under the Spaniard. Ramsey impressed at the Emirates though was allowed to leave at the end of his contract in the summer of 2019. He joined Serie A giants Juventus and is believed to be on a £400,000 per week deal in Turin. Despite those wages, the 30-year-old has struggled to make an impact though has improved under Andrea Pirlo in recent weeks. And Pires, who himself impressed during his time in north London, is keen to see Ramsey return to Arsenal.
