Arsenal and Man United boosted in chase for 29-goal Argentina international

Arsenal and Manchester United have been given a slight boost in their chase to sign Gonzalo Higuain after remarks made by Napoli president, Aurelio De Laurentiis, Daily Star reports. The 27-year-old has emerged as a potential striking candidate for both the Gunners as well as United over the past few months. He is now being tipped to leave the Serie A outfits after missing out on a Champions League spot with a fifth place finish. De Laurentiis revealed that his squad may need to undergo an overhaul and acquire some home-grown talent as many top players are unlikely to play in the Europa League.
