Four Arteta errors David Moyes avoided 16 months into Arsenal and West Ham jobs

It's been 16 months since Mikel Arteta replaced Unai Emery at Arsenal and David Moyes filled the vacancy left by Manuel Pellegrini at West Ham. The Hammers have flourished with Moyes at the helm, going from relegation battlers to genuine top four contenders in the space of just over a year. Arsenal, on the other hand, are still struggling for consistency under Arteta and could yet record their first bottom-half finish in the Premier League since 1995.
