Arsenal defender William Saliba is enjoying a superb campaign on loan at French side OGC Nice, and is setting the standard for the rest of the league. The youngster was allowed to leave on loan after it was made clear that Mikel Arteta didn't see him as part of his plans for the season. Saliba had spent the previous season at Saint-Etienne, and was severely lacking in fitness when he returned to the club last summer. Now, however, he is delivering on his potential and has set a benchmark for the rest of the French league.
