Gary Neville is hoping that the Premier League’s Big Six will be handed hefty fines by Florentino Perez after backtracking on plans to join a European Super League. Manchester United, Manchester City, Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham have bowed to pressure from supporters in withdrawing from the league where they had been part of 12 founding clubs.
