Arsenal offered Sergio Ramos a mammoth £15m-per-year deal before the Spanish defender decided to join PSG. The 35-year-old has joined the Ligue 1 side following the termination of his contract at Real Madrid, signing on for two years in the French capital. Having won 25 major titles for club and country, the centre-back received interest from lots of Europe’s top clubs including Manchester United - who he snubbed for a £10m deal. But Goal have reported that it was the Gunners that came in with one of the biggest offers for Ramos to consider.
