Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has revealed he spoke to Vincent Kompany privately before signing Albert Sambi Lokonga. Arsenal today confirmed Lokonga’s arrival from Anderlecht, who are managed by Kompany, for a fee in the region of £18million.
