Transfer blow as Arsenal target confirms £25m La Liga move
Arsenal is set to miss out on long-term FC Porto target Jackson Martinez, who has agreed to join Atletico Madrid, according to reports from the Mirror. Martinez was linked with a move away from the Primeira Liga side the past season, and revealed that he would depart for a bigger club at the end of the campaign. But amid interest from the Gunners and AC Milan, the Colombia international has chosen to join Atletico instead, with his agent Luiz Henrique Pompeo confirming the switch.
