Arsenal star agrees ‘deal in principle' to join Atletico Madrid
Arsenal star Santi Cazorla has agreed a deal in principle to join Atletico Madrid this summer, Daily Star reports. The diminutive midfielder has supposedly come to a verbal agreement to join the La Liga champions at the end of the season, according to Spanish radio station Cadena Cope. Cazorla has performed brilliantly for the Gunners in the current campaign, stepping up and grabbing the opportunity following Mesut Ozil’s injury woes earlier in the campaign, resulting in seven goals.
