The Daily Mirror claims a deal for the Real Madrid midfielder could be in the offing but might hinge on the Spanish giants securing their own midfield targets. Real are keeping a keen eye on Sporting Lisbon's William Carvalho, who could be tempted by a move to Spain following his exploits at the Under-21 European Championships.
