It has been reported that Liverpool midfielder Raheem Sterling is pushing to join Manchester City in the next 48 hours. The Daily Express claims that City have had bids of £25m, rising to £30m with add-ons, and £35m, rising to £40m, rejected and while they seem certain to make an improved offer it is understood they are adamant they will not match Liverpool's £50m asking price.
