Arsenal and Chelsea beat French sides in pre-season
Premier League sides Arsenal and Chelsea have beaten Ligue 1 opposition in pre-season, with the London teams beating Lyon and Paris Saint-Germain respectively. Th Gunners dispatched Lyon 6-0 at the Emirates Stadium, with youngster Alex Iwobi getting on the scoresheet in an impressive debut performances, as per the BBC. Olivier Giroud, Aaron Ramsey and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain all also got on the scoresheet, while Mesut Ozil and Santi Cazorla both hit the back of the net in the rout.
